This is an example of an alert that will pop up in the electronic medical record of a patient who has been randomized to the alert arm of the trial.  If the alert is dismissed, it will continue to pop up each time the patient's chart is opened.  Once a provider either "agrees" or "disagrees" with the alert, the "Accept" button will become highlighted.  Accepting the alert will suppress the alert for 48 hours (only for the provider who accepted the alert).
